ESF, within the framework of the “EU4Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in Armenian Communities” project, co-financed by the European Union (EU) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH as a part of the “ECOserve” programme, is working on an initiative "Small scale renewable energy/ energy efficiency measures in public buildings and pilot insulation at household level" for which ESF is considering contracting a transportation service vendor to provide project team access transportation to field missions in three target regions (marzes) of Armenia: Lori, Tavush, and Gegharkunik.
